These Terms and Conditions (" Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and god55 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the god55 website located at https://god55.casa and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.

god55 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated under international online gaming licensing, serving players across Malaysia including Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other regions. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) and processed through approved Malaysian payment channels.

By accessing the god55 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account on god55, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for so long as your Account remains active:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. god55 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You do not hold any existing Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, contractor, or close family member of a current employee or director of god55 or any affiliated entity.
• You have not previously had an Account on the Platform that was suspended, terminated, or closed for cause, including but not limited to fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting in any capacity connected with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly in the event of any change.

4.1 Registration Information. You are required to provide a valid email address, a unique username, a secure password, and your full legal name and date of birth. All information submitted must truthfully reflect your actual identity. god55 may reject any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. god55 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You agree to notify god55 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.3 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, god55 will require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process may require you to submit:

• A copy of a government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport);
• Proof of residential address issued within the preceding three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet or bank account confirming ownership);
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by god55 for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

4.4 Processing Time. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 72 hours of receipt of complete documentation. god55 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC review. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in account suspension.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods. god55 supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Malaysian players: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and selected cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time at god55's discretion.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The maximum deposit per transaction is RM30,000. Withdrawal limits may vary depending on your account tier, verification status, and selected payment method. These limits are subject to review and may be adjusted without prior notice.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Times. god55 endeavours to process withdrawal requests within the following target timeframes, though these are not guaranteed and may be affected by payment provider schedules, bank processing hours, or additional verification requirements:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Target processing under 5 minutes from approval.
• DuitNow / FPX transfers: Target processing 5 to 15 minutes from approval.
• Direct bank wire: Target processing 15 to 60 minutes from approval.

5.4 Currency. All deposits, withdrawals, account balances, and wagering activity are denominated exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing market rate at the time of receipt.

5.5 Funds Integrity. god55 will not process deposits from or withdrawals to payment methods that are not registered in your own name. Third-party payment transfers are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and fund recovery procedures.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards offered by god55 are subject to specific terms and conditions that apply in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 35x) applied to the bonus amount. Players must wager the required multiple before a withdrawal request will be processed.

6.3 Bonus Validity. All bonuses carry a validity period stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that have not been completed within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.

6.4 One Bonus Per Player. Welcome bonuses are available to new players only, limited to one per player, one per household, one per device, and one per IP address. god55 reserves the right to determine, in its absolute discretion, whether multiple accounts are linked to the same individual for the purpose of this restriction.

6.5 Bonus Abuse. god55 employs automated and manual systems to detect irregular wagering patterns that indicate bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed solely to complete wagering requirements, hedging bets across multiple accounts, and coordinated group abuse. Where bonus abuse is detected, god55 reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Account without notice.

6.6 Cryptocurrency Deposit Bonus. Players who deposit via BTC or USDT may be eligible for a specific cryptocurrency deposit bonus as advertised on the Platform. This bonus is subject to its own stated terms and is not combinable with other welcome offers unless explicitly stated.

7.1 Acceptance of Bets. god55 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its absolute discretion, including where a wager exceeds stated maximum bet limits, where the market or event has been identified as subject to manipulation, or where system errors have generated incorrect odds or payouts.

7.2 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void in circumstances including: the event being cancelled or abandoned; incorrect odds being displayed due to a technical error; market suspension prior to settlement; or a determination that the event result has been influenced by corrupt activity. Void bets are settled at the stake value with no winnings.

7.3 Sports Betting Markets. god55 offers betting markets on football (including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, and other competitions), UFC and MMA, basketball, tennis, and other sports as updated from time to time. Specific rules applicable to individual sports and bet types are published within the Platform's sports betting section.

7.4 Casino Games. All casino games operate on independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Advertised Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect statistical averages calculated over a large number of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

7.5 Payout Disputes. In the event of a dispute regarding a payout calculation or bet settlement, the Player must notify god55 within 7 calendar days of the relevant transaction. Disputes raised outside this window may not be considered. god55's records constitute the primary source of truth for all bet settlement purposes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the god55 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or any false identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Accessing the Platform using virtual private networks (VPNs), proxies, or any other technology designed to circumvent geographic restrictions or mask your true location or identity;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place or manage wagers;
• Colluding with other players, the Platform's employees, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported promptly to god55;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other corruption of sporting events;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the Platform's underlying source code or database;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Platform staff or other users through any communication channel.

All content published on the god55 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform ("Content"), is the exclusive intellectual property of god55 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or publicly display any Content without prior written authorisation;
• Use the god55 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation;
• Create derivative works based on the Platform's Content or software;
• Use any Content for commercial purposes without an express written licence from god55.

10.1 Platform Availability. god55 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from interruption, or error-free. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond god55's control may cause temporary unavailability. god55 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of Platform downtime.

10.2 Gambling Losses. god55 expressly excludes all liability for gambling losses incurred by Players as a result of their use of the Platform. All wagers are placed voluntarily, and Players accept full financial responsibility for outcomes. Online gambling carries inherent financial risk.

10.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a software malfunction, display error, or network failure that affects the outcome or settlement of a game or wager, god55 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and restore the Player's stake. god55 shall not be liable for any consequential losses arising from such errors.

10.4 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, god55's aggregate liability to any individual Player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.5 Indemnity. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless god55 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Platform in violation of applicable law.

god55 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing a safe gaming environment for all players. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties.

11.1 Minimum Age. The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. god55 actively enforces age restrictions and will suspend any Account where there is reasonable suspicion that the Account holder does not meet the minimum age requirement.

11.2 Responsible Gambling Tools. Players may access the following tools at any time through their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Define the maximum duration of a single gaming session;
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic in-session notifications displaying time spent and net wagering activity;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude your Account from all Platform services for a defined period or indefinitely.

11.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude should contact our support team at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours. During the self-exclusion period, the Player will be unable to access their Account, and god55 will endeavour to prevent all direct marketing communications to that player.

12.1 Suspension by god55. god55 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the Account is involved in Prohibited Conduct, fraud, money laundering, or any other breach of these Terms. During a suspension, the Player's access to funds may also be restricted pending investigation.

12.2 Termination by god55. god55 may permanently terminate an Account where an investigation confirms a serious breach of these Terms, where the Player has provided false identity information, or where continued operation of the Account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to the Platform. Upon termination for cause, any balance attributable to bonus funds will be forfeited. Genuine deposited funds not subject to outstanding wagering requirements will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following a compliance review.

12.3 Voluntary Closure by Player. Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account should contact god55 support. Accounts with outstanding bonus wagering requirements may have associated bonus balances removed upon closure. Real-money balances above the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following account closure.

12.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. god55 may, following reasonable notice to the registered email address, apply an inactivity administration fee as specified in the Platform's current fee schedule. If the balance falls to zero as a result, the Account may be closed.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which god55 holds its international online gaming licence. Players acknowledge that this may differ from the laws of Malaysia or their country of residence.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies specified under god55's licensing jurisdiction. By accepting these Terms, you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts or bodies for the purpose of resolving any dispute.

Nothing in this clause shall be construed as god55 making any representation regarding the legality of online gambling in Malaysia or any other jurisdiction. Players remain solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws.

god55 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication to the Platform. Where a change is material in nature, god55 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email to registered Players or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
